What is Fat?

Not all fats are the same.  In fact some fats are good for us and some are bad for us.  But which is which?  Hopefully the following information will clear it up a little for you.

Fats are an extremely contentious issue when it comes to the dieting, medical and weight loss industries.  It seems like everyone has an opinion and that makes it really hard to know who to listen to and who to trust. 

It is for this reason that I have decided that maybe a few good videos from those in each of these industries may prove to be a more useful way to deliver the information to you at this time.

This way you can watch the videos and make an educated and conscientious choice on what you choose to believe and which way you choose to use fats in your diet.
