Not all fats are the same. In fact some fats are good for us and some are bad for us. But which is which? Hopefully the following information will clear it up a little for you.
Fats are an extremely contentious issue when it comes to the dieting, medical and weight loss industries. It seems like everyone has an opinion and that makes it really hard to know who to listen to and who to trust.
