Can this Recipe Really be Good for YOUR FAT LOSS?

Don’t be afraid to eat a potato every now and again as they are full of iron, which helps carry oxygen around your body, a necessary function in order to burn fat. Potatoes also contain Zinc, which is great for controlling the hunger hormone ghrelin.
And pepper, my hubby loves pepper! Did you know that the compound in pepper called "piperine" actually interferes with the formation of new fat cells in your body? That alone is a good enough reason to grind an extra bit on your dinner at night if ever I heard one.
The two video’s I am sharing with you today are both of potatoes and pepper with added extras of spices and herbs. Over time you will decide which flavorings you like, just make sure to limit the salt (makes your body retain fluid) and don’t be tempted to put on all those bad toppings that destroy the nourishment of these wonderful ingredients.
As a side note, I often serve my potatoes and pepper with a side salad. This meal is great for lunch or a light dinner and I am sure it will fast become a favorite.
