This is what YOU NEED to do EVERY Morning to LOSE BODY FAT!

Today is another exciting day where we will discuss simple things you can do every day in order to help you lose body fat.

As you have more than likely guessed by now I am not your usual “Weight Loss Guru”. I have been where you are now and I have carried around terrible amounts of body fat. But due to the fact that I predominantly had a healthy diet and stayed fairly active, I did not suffer many of the comorbidity factors that goes with having a BMI well over 30. And let me tell you, my genetics are not in my favor either.

 So I understand that losing body fat is not all about energy in vs energy out, drink more water and eat the right foods. It is so much more than that, but it all begins with education. This is an absolute must! How can you know what to do unless you learn what to do?

In life you can learn many ways (making mistakes is a good one) but by far education is the easiest and least harmful way to learn. So today we are going to learn all about Citrus Water, or Lemon Water as it is often called.

Today I thought I would include a youtube video by Dr Nick Zyrowski. Dr Z, as he is known, actually uses Lemon Water in his daily routine and knows that is has impacted his overall health in a positive way. I have included another two videos that detail the benefits of this simple yet highly beneficial drink as well.
