A Bit About Me....

Hi, I am Karen Lee and I am happiest when I am either spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors or swimming laps at the local pool.

I decided to share my journey on this WebSite mainly because I wanted to create a group of like minded people, so that we could help each other succeed in our fat loss journey.

Along the way I learned that losing body fat is not as simple as eating less and exercising more. I also learned that, like most of the worthwhile things we do in our lives, it is hard work and takes diligence. But the most important lesson I learned was, that it takes a certain "mindset" to achieve success in life.

This interest lead me on a path of study that saw me graduate as a qualified Therapist with a keen interest in how your mindset affects your ability to lose weight and keep it off.

I am still not perfect when it comes to my eating and exercising habits but I certainly have a good understanding of how the mind affects our ability to stay focused on our goals and achieve our desired outcomes.

I have also studied in the areas of Natural Therapies, Nursing and Human Anatomy. All of this gives me an extensive understanding of the human body, its many complex systems and how we can best look after ourselves so that we can live a healthy and mindful life.
