Trying to lose body fat is already extremely difficult.  Plus when you are trying a new way of eating to lose weight, you often find the prices of some food items are really expensive.  This is not really the case as the food is usually of a better quality, but it still hits the "hip pocket" making it hard to manage initially.  But don't worry as I have a solution.

Planning what you are going to eat during the week is one of the best things that you can do to help you lose weight. But best of all, the side effect of this is the fact that it will save you time and money as well.

When you have decided what you are going to eat, create your shopping list and shop for what is on the list. If it’s not on the list – DON’T BUY IT! Avoid the middle isles of the supermarket as this is where most of the “rubbish” food is. Or if you are still tempted at the grocery store, you can always use home delivery instead.

Another trick is to make your lunch the next day the same as your dinner from last night. This way your meal is already prepared. If you have other recipes which you can double up on, why not freeze a meal for a busy night. This is a great idea for slow cooker recipes.
