Beef and Broccoli Quick Stir Fry
The tenderness of the beef with the crunch of the broccoli all blended together with the saltiness of the sauce, make this a very tasty meal indeed.

Asian cooking loves the pairing of beef and broccoli, but that does not mean you can't add a few more vegetables if you like. I often add red peppers, snow peas and cashews. I prefer to serve mine with steamed basmati rice but I have also served it with asian noodles as well. The choice is yours.
